Don House is an integral part of the Waitaki Boys High School Community and is looking to add a Team Leader to our high-performance staffing team.

The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Able to create positive relationships with teenage boarders and their whanau.
• Have energy, drive, and the ability to work effectively in our fast paced and exciting environment.
• Be a well organised team player with strong communication skills, leadership, and mana.

The person is required to live on site and be an integral part of hostel life at Don House. This position requires the person to work some weekends on a rostered basis.

The person is required to undergo police vetting and safety checks.

The successful applicant would be required to begin in the position in January,2025.
