We require a Qualified Builder for immediate start. The applicant we seek should have proven experience as a multi-skilled carpenter, building within the commercial and residential sector.

The position is full time, 40+ hrs per week, the successful candidate would need to have the following experience and attributes:

• Ability to read architectural drawings, order and prepare materials required
• Working with and supervising subcontractors
• Physically fit and able to work at heights
• Concrete framing and roofing experience
• Experience in the operation of powertools and machinery, incl small diggers
• Ability to lead a small team
• Site safe preferred but not essential
• Able to pass a drug screen and police check
• Supply their own tool kit
• Full driver’s license
• Provide 2 work references
