Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team at the Forest Lodge Hotel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and adept at managing all aspects of the hotel operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day to day operations of the Forest Lodge Hotel.
• Managing gaming machines and TAB facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising revenue.
• Managing the hotels bistro, including working closely with the Bistro Cook, staff supervision and ensuring a high standard of food quality and service.
• Managing accommodation services, including reservations, housekeeping and guest service.
• Developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across all areas of the hotel.
• Building positive relationships with guests, suppliers and the local community.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel management or similar role, with knowledge of gaming machines, TAB operation and public bar preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
