This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a varied role, shows excellent attention to detail and has knowledge of NZ immigration employment law.

The ideal candidate will be:

• An experienced human resources coordinator or manager with a solid understanding of current employment and health and safety legislation
• An outstanding communicator
• Highly organised, reliable and accountable
• Capable of recognising and solving problems

Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Recruitment and selection of new employees across all
  departments
• Inducting new team members into the business
• Overseeing training and development
• Performance and disciplinary management
• Liaise with pay processing team and maintain accurate employee records
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, immigration
  requirements and company policies
• Support the development and implementation of health, safety and wellbeing practices within the business.
