Join our evolving catering food venture, transitioning from a home-based kitchen to a food truck, with plans for a permanent location.
We’re seeking a Head Chef to lead menu development, manage operations, budgeting, hire and train staff, and ensure regulatory
compliance.
Please note we make everything from scratch likh indian paneer (cottage cheese) and ghee which is Indian clarified butter etc, and our authentic food means preparing everything from scratch
including rotis which is indian bread so knowledge of Indian cooking or proven experience in similar roles and a passion for culinary innovation are essential.
