Foreman/Carpenters – High-End Residential
Location: Queenstown, Central Lakes
Join a leading construction company delivering premium residential builds. We are embarking on some exciting new projects and looking for experienced Foreman and Carpenters.
Key Requirements for Foreman:
- Foreman/Site Supervisor experience in high-end residential builds
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to programme all staff and contractors on site
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Dropbox
- LBP (or willing to obtain)
Requirements for both Foreman and Carpenters:
- Knowledge of NZ building codes and safety standards
- Understand design documents and ability to review details
- Full driver’s licence
- Ability to work in New Zealand without requiring Visa
