We are looking for a friendly and organised Centre Administrator to join our team.
This permanent part-time role (18 hours per week over three days) involves providing high-quality customer service to whanau while handling administrative tasks such as data entry, managing bookings, and responding to parent enquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining centre records and accounts, requiring strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be part of a wider team, with opportunities to collaborate with administrators from our other Gems Educational Childcare centres. Full training and ongoing support, including guidance on meeting Ministry of Education requirements, will be provided as part of your induction.
